Manager: Vice President of Customer Support
Duties:
The Nurse Client Liaison (“NCL”) is an integral member of Axiom’s Quality Assurance Department (“QA”). The NCL will play a key role in bridging the gaps between our clients and service delivery teams by selling, educating, customer service and delivery review. The NCL will be accountable for increasing revenue growth and maintaining client retention and utilization through subject matter expertise. This role will be trained in Nurse Case Management. Additionally, the NCL will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Vice President of Customer Support.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions of the NCL are to:
- Act as subject matter expert
- Measure, improve, and report on customer satisfaction
- Complete Business Development Work Tickets
- Conduct reviews involving client complaints or internal staff client complaints
- Develop solutions to issues that meet both client and company needs
- Attend sales meetings, new client roll outs, and facilitate special projects, virtually and in person
- Collaborate with other departments for internal education and customer service
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have a combination of demonstrated experience and education that is equivalent to 4 years with a focus on nursing, business, customer service or related fields. RN licenses, in good standing – required.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach,
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work,
- Light to moderate lifting is required,
- Ability to uphold the stress of traveling,
- Regular, predictable attendance is required.
- Additional Information:
Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
