Our Field Case Manager plays a critical role in facilitating and coordinating the rehabilitation needs of injured workers in a timely and cost-effective manner. This position requires the consistent use of clinical expertise, independent judgment, and discretion to promote optimal outcomes, advocate for recovery, and support the physical and emotional well-being of our clients. The Field Case Manager utilizes their advanced knowledge and professional expertise to independently assess, plan, and implement strategies that significantly influence the return-to-work process. This role requires discretion and independent judgment in evaluating complex cases, coordinating multidisciplinary resources, and determining the most effective interventions to support recovery and reintegration.

Core Responsibilities:
This role requires initiative, precision, and the ability to manage multiple administrative functions:
- Deliver administrative support across multiple functions as designated and/or needed.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
- Monitor and process incoming correspondence, ensuring timely routing and proper documentation.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including CAPS entry, welcome packets, birthday tracking, name tags, business cards, and phone orders.
- Check and process office mail; scan and distribute items to appropriate parties including medical records, subpoena, requests scanning to distribute to field and partner companies.
- Manage the Letters inbox, including mailing documents and logging expenses.
- Complete unattached email matching within CAPS.
- Maintain and update CAPS files, including demographics, adjuster assignments, diary dates, attorneys, and providers.
- Review and distribute CC reports.
- Assist with incoming calls and provide general administrative support for the home office team.
- Cross-train on additional duties to provide backup support and ensure continuity of operations.
Qualifications:
- Some administrative experience preferred; healthcare, insurance, or case management experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and the ability to learn internal systems such as CAPS.
