At VONA, we provide workers’ compensation case management services focused on helping injured workers get the care and support they need to recover and return to work safely. We are looking for a licensed Field Case Manager who brings strong clinical judgment, can work independently, and is comfortable traveling to patient appointments.
What you will do

Coordinate rehabilitation needs for injured workers in a timely and cost-effective way
Use clinical expertise and independent judgment to support recovery and return-to-work outcomes
Assess needs, plan next steps, and coordinate resources across providers and stakeholders
Support the client’s physical and emotional well-being through recovery and reintegration
Maintain accurate documentation and case records across systems, including CAPS (our internal system)
Monitor and route incoming correspondence and ensure proper documentation
Manage key administrative processes that support case outcomes, including mail handling, document distribution, and report sharing
Provide general support to the home office team, including incoming calls as needed
Cross-train to provide backup coverage and ensure continuity of operations

What we are looking for

Required: active professional licensure (role includes travel and patient appointments)
Some administrative experience preferred; healthcare, insurance, or case management experience is a plus
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Able to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, and able to learn internal systems such as CAPS
